The platform has delivered 305 Billion Insights, manages $800B+ in pipeline, has $466B in won deals, and achieves 98%+ forecasting accuracy.
As a team leader, my responsibilities included task distribution and team management. I provided consulting services by collaborating with clients, product managers, product VPs, and engineering teams. I actively participated in sprint planning and delivered high-fidelity prototypes.
Aviso relies on CRM services where they need fresh data every customer call. The business aim is to simplify this process. Design an AI-powered sales forecasting platform with multi-platform capabilities for enterprise sales teams.

Stakeholders & User Research
A sales representative is a primary stakeholder and the user who interacts with the platform on a day-to-day basis. Other stakeholders are Sales Leaders, Finance Leaders, and Sales Managers. We mapped the platform usage across these personas to understand workflows and pain points.

Search & Locate Data
One of the key business goals was helping sales reps quickly search and locate data. We designed intuitive search experiences, helpful insights surfaces, and powerful reports & analytics modules to enable this.

Multi-Platform Experience
Designed cohesive experiences across multiple platforms — web dashboard, mobile applications, and integrations with existing CRM systems. Focused on creating consistent design patterns while adapting to platform-specific interaction paradigms.

AI-Driven Insights & Forecasting
Worked closely with AI/ML engineers to design intuitive interfaces for complex AI-driven forecasting features. Created visualizations that made AI predictions transparent and actionable for sales teams, helping them understand the 'why' behind predictions.

Final Design & Delivery
Led a team of designers in delivering enterprise-grade UX solutions. Coordinated with multiple stakeholders including clients, product managers, product VPs, and engineering teams.
